Payment & cancellation policy

Full payment at time of booking accommodation. As a small boutique property, our business depends on maximising occupancy, cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times and limited air capacity. Cancellations outside of 30 days will be refunded, less a $100 reservations admin fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Our booking terms and conditions require full payment at the time a booking is placed to confirm your reservation. Cancellations received outside of 30 days of arrival will be charged a booking administration fee of $100 with the balance of your deposit refundable. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will result in all monies being forfeited. No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival, unused services, unused credits or unused accommodation due to flight or weather disruption.
We strongly recommend you protect yourselves with comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstance that may prevent your travel or stay, as intended.
